Rotary Club Holds Handing Over
Ceremonies
The Rotary Club held
its handing over ceremonies on Friday, July 18, 2008 at the
Nahil Mayab Restaurant & Patio.
Outgoing President Javier handed over the
Club Charter to new President Eddie Romero, who with his new
board was entrusted with the future of the club.
3 new members were inducted.
We welcome Elsie Benavidez, Denmar Villar and Amir Novelo
and their families into the Rotary Family.
Membership in our club now stands at 21!

Celebrates 37 Years of Service
The Orange Walk Rotary Club will celebrate its 37th
year of service on
August 28th, 2008. Our club continues the tradition of
providing valuable and much needed community service to
Orange Walk Town and surrounding communities in the Orange
Walk District.
Next District
Conference in Antigua in February 09
Members are encouraged to attend the next conference
to be held in Antigua, Guatemala in 2009.
